OUR SERVICE REPAIR PROCESS

2. $120 Service Fee is charged (includes diagnosis and repair quote)
3. A Phone Call, Text, and Email is sent informing you when the technician will arrive.
4. Upon arrival, we roll out a door mat and put shoe covers on. We cover home surfaces with moving blankets. If a unit needs to be moved, we will use Teflon pads to protect the floor.
5. The appliance is diagnosed and a quote is given.
6. You decide whether to repair or just keep the quote. The provided quote is active for up to 30 days.
