My rental property's fridge and freezer stopped working. I called Express Appliance Repair and they were able to make it out asap. They diagnosed the issue and attempted to make the necessary repairs.John, the repair manager, was great! He repaired the start kit but was very transparent that the compressor might be bad and the fix might not resolve the issue. Unfortunately the problem was the compressor, so I called back after the tenants confirmed that the fridge still wasn't cooling. Express was kind enough to refund everything except the initial diagnosis fee, which was not necessary or expected.They truly care about the customer experience and doing things right. I would recommend them to anyone whether it's a planned or urgent repair.
